Direct Moving and Storage

Ted and his team helped us move out of our one-bedroom in the City to our place in Westchester. They were punctual, professional, helpful and terrific to work with. It was a great experience from beginning to end.

Horrible service! They did not wear masks and gloves. Harassed us for extra cash(i.e which were for items already included in the original bill)and said that they would not unload items unless that was paid in the middle of the move, were extremely slow as they were chit chatting in the middle of the move. We asked for two movers and they sent three, charging us for that without our permission. They refused to accept a credit card and failed to provide a proper bill. They asked us to pay the full amount in cash. I would recommend not hiring this company at all.
