Absolutely recommend this Direct Moving Group! Alex is very helpful, courteous, and responsive. This company has been by far the best I have used! Ask for Cesar - he and his team took excellent care of my belongings during both pick up and drop off, and they were incredibly professional. They delivered my things in just a couple days and went above and beyond in every way! Moving is stressful but this company really helped ease this transition for me.

Mmove from new jersey to florida the crew they send me were awsome will hire them in the future

My sister used this company to move from South Carolina to North Carolina. All interactions took place with Alex. Price of the move was discussed in detail. Alex understood and was aware that my sister was moving a 4 bedroom ranch house to another ranch style hm. Explicit information was given as to what was going to be moved. Confirmed with Alex the exact price and discussion in great detail that there would be no change in this price. Alex confirmed they would pack up the kitchen items, remove the tv’s off the wall but that they could not be put back up. Confirmed they would remove the items in the garage and take down a basketball goal. All of this along with the packing of the kitchen was included in the price. This was going to be completed in one day. Upon arrival to the location. The crew that was assigned had no knowledge of what Alex had discussed with us. Instead of bringing a full truck Alex informed the crew they would only be transporting a 1/2 truck ( keep in mind he was told numerous times this was a full house 3 bedroom plus an office and garage move) . The crew did the best they could given the information relayed to them. Some of the furniture had to be left at the house. Items listed on the invoice were not all moved . Then Alex had the nerve to add an extra 300.00 on to the service stating she added new items which she did not and the cost of a full load versus a 1/2 load when he was the one who told the delivery crew the wrong information. I nor my sister will never use this company nor anyone in my circle of family and friends. Alex is a disingenuous crook who scams people out of their money just so he can get business. Then he changes the price , adds in ridiculous fees and will not allow you to get your furniture without payment.

Excellent service and the crew are very professional. I would highly recommend Direct Moving Group. My move was from South Carolina to Tennessee and was delivered on time in excellent condition. Great people to work with.
