Wonderful service. Constant communication. Movers were quick and wonderful. Alex was outstanding. I moved from NC to FL. Highly recommend.

Absolute terrible moving experience with this company. First they lost inventory for my business and valuable personal items that cannot be replaced. Just gone.

They pulled the typical mover's scam quoting a price (while refusing to see the property beforehand) and then quoting more than double the price the day of the move after seeing the property.

Also, when they delivered to the new property, the second truck dumped the rest of our things on the front driveway (it was wet and raining) in the early morning before we could get there—they had given very vague time frame when they were coming and arrived early. (see photo).

My father is in his mid 70s and my mother is close in age—had I not been there they would not have had anyone to help them.

Reported to BBB and currently seeking legal counsel.

With the exception of a few communication hiccups, our experience using Direct Movers went very well. Moving from South Carolina to New York presented enough obstacles but thanks to Alex being very flexible and responsive we made it through. The moving Team Lead Axel, was a great representative of the company. Although young, he is very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Overall, thumbs up to Direct.

Pickup was smooth and complete.
Furnishings were delivered the following day as promised. Everything went very smoothly and the crew was kind, polite and strong!
Will both refer and use them again.
