Great company. I called with short notice and they fit me in. Honestly they showed up a little late but stayed until the job was complete. Would definitely recommend them thanks again Brian and your team.

My experience with Disciples Moving was nothing short of disastrous. It started with an inaccurate phone estimate of $1,100. They refused to come to my home for an in-person assessment, insisting on doing it over the phone instead. I even walked from room to room, providing a detailed description of my belongings to ensure an accurate estimate, but this proved pointless. On moving day, it was immediately clear they were understaffed and underestimated the time required. The owner kept increasing the price throughout the day – first to $1,700, and finally to a whopping $2,100!
To make matters worse, their lack of professionalism was shocking. Not once did they secure or strap down my belongings in the truck. We had to make two trips, and both times, everything had fallen over and shifted during the drive. I even witnessed the owner speeding and recklessly cutting through a pothole-filled parking lot to avoid a red light, showing complete disregard for my possessions.
The crew became increasingly irritable and rushed, and several workers left early, leaving the owner scrambling. He ended up having his young children help with the move! He was careless, slamming items around and even having a temper tantrum when things got difficult. As a result, several of my belongings were damaged, including a new dining room table.
The move ended with items piled haphazardly in the wrong rooms, and the owner essentially dumping things in the garage to rush off and return the rental truck on time. He didn't fulfill his promise to disassemble and reassemble furniture, leaving us with a huge mess to sort out. To add insult to injury, he left a significant amount of items behind at the old house, forcing us to make another trip with a rented truck.
This company is completely unprofessional and incompetent. The owner's deceptive pricing practices, careless handling of belongings, and reckless driving are unacceptable. I urge anyone considering Disciples Moving to look elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did!

On time and fast! I would definitely book again

These guys showed up moved our house in 30 minutes, which was not bad. We really didn’t have a lot to move. I. Was satisfied, paid/ tipped them for their service, we prayed and they left. As my husband and I were setting up our room. We noticed our $4000. Sterns and Foster mattresses was ripped. So I reached out to Brian with pictures of the damages. He basically called me a liar. He stated my mattress was ripped before they moved it. (I n his own words: That mattress was already ripped my guys had mentioned and showed it to me when they moved it that's not even possible for a mattress to tear like that unless excessive rough force and my guys don't work like that I'm sorry that just not possible). I can’t believe this is a Christian company, would not take responsibility and own up to their negligence. They are too rough, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They also moved my sister the same day and damaged her wall.

Brien and his team did a wonderful job. So thankful for their professionalism and support
