Discount Moving

We won the lottery with Discount Movers. They were AMAZING. Showed up on time, did an excellent job, nothing damaged.
Paula, the owner was communicating with me from the time we booked and the night before to tell me they would be there and what to expect.
The 3 movers were so polite and very professional.
Definitely would use again.

We had discount movers move us from Piedmont to West Edmond on 2/1. The two guys that moved us were top notch, literally not one bad thing to say about them.

Two stars taken off due to pricing transparency and business practices. In my opinion, a fuel charge and a trip charge are redundant. I feel there should be no trip charge to cover the employees time from the shop and back to the shop. That’s the cost of doing business if you’re going to have a shop as a starting and ending point. Again, just my opinion and my review.

Really loved working with everybody. We moved two houses into a loft apartment in Oklahoma City from Las Vegas and Washington state. We needed help with understanding our logistics and making sure that we had the muscle to move everything in a timely manner to fit our schedule (which included the delivery of a PODS container which ended up perfectly dropped near our building for easy access, but could have had to go somewhere else, and they were still prepared to help us with everything for that). Not only were they super flexible, but they helped us figure out some of the logistics that we weren’t sure about. They were absolutely customer-oriented and have super positive attitudes. They walk you through your experience so you feel like they’re listening and it is personalized just for your needs. Pricing was amazing and clear and upfront. The in-person service was friendly and focused and supportive. Very efficient and careful with our belongings. Our contact was Paula, and I love that it is a woman owned business as well. Super helpful, super welcoming, and we already feel like we have made friends and contacts in our new home. Highly recommended and when we are ready to move into a new home, we will be calling them to plan that.
