HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have been with discovery storage for about 2 years now and at the end of my storage unit they raised the cost to double my original amount. I had only needed 2 more months before I was going to pick up my things. The woman on the phone, Emily, said that she would just charge me my normal amount since I only had the 2 months left and I was grateful.
I am about to head over to grab my things when I get an email that says my bill is late and my storage access is revoked. I then pay $84 to get it back knowing I would get a refund since I was not supposed to be charged in the first place. After I get all of my things out of the unit I had to call 3 TIMES TO GET MY REFUND. I spoke with the manager TWICE and still have only gotten $54. Emily was very rude to me on the phone and said 'I'm glad you're getting your things out'.

Discovery Storage has always been incredibly helpful and accommodating! Units are clean and kept cool, and easy to access with convenient elevators and provided trolleys. Highly recommend!

Unable to get a hold of staff via phone (called multiple times and days) or via email. Was charged a late fee even though I relayed that I was out of the unit and needed to terminate the lease. Disappointing to say the least.

Had to have a family member go to the office to get in contact as I live out of the state, however they did drop the charges.
