My mother needed storage for a couple months and we chose distinct storage for the convenience of the location to where we live. By the time we left I was very happy that we chose to go with them.
Dan was very kind and patient with all of my mothers questions and tried to make the move in experience as easy as possible for us. He let us use the company truck to move all of our items so we didn't have to waste money on a rental.
When it came to the facility... top notch!! Very clean! Easy access! And I'm not gonna lie I got a little hungry while I was moving everything, they have snacks and drinks for free for their clients.
Thank you Dan for making this as easy as it could be, and thank you for your patience with my mother.

Happy to be storing at Distinct Storage! Patti worked closely with my family and I, encouraging to take full advantage of the snacks in the main office & the snack wall. Patti showed me two units, and I was able to go with the 5x5 to best fit my needs. Besides the obvious and wonderful snacks & beverages. The staff has been very friendly & knowledgeable. The facility is new and clean. Offers charging stations for phones and tablets. Many dolly’s and carts to load up your belongings on instead of carrying things in. The app that is used for opening the doors, and the overhead garage door to unload is very impressive and well thought out. Love the easy access, great location & the best atmosphere for a storage facility!

Had an absolute great experience at Distinct Storage! Easy access, great carts to help with unloading, and the nicest of people working there. Heather is absolutely wonderful!
