Distinct Storage

I received top notch service from the time I first initiated contact with distinct. Dan was so helpful over the phone trying to make arrangements long distance. Pattie could not have made the sign in procedure. Any easier. Both Pattie and Dan gave me the Best service whenever I came to add or remove items from my two storage bins. The checkout process was so easy and they even helped to make arrangements for me to have movers to get me into my new home. I can’t say enough good about them.. It is wonderful that the owner is so involved with what happens in his facility. He was very kind and knowledgeable about the area to which I was unfamiliar.

This place is fantastic for climate controlled storage units in New Milford, CT. All of their employees are fantastic. The building is absolutely spotless with free Dunkin and Starbucks freshly ground coffee. They even have charging stations, drinks and a wall of snacks!!! The bathroom was one of the cleanest I have ever seen.

Since my original review I have been blown away by their continued amazing customer service.
