Jon and Kyle were absolutely phenomenal. They were right on time, quick, efficient, and careful. We were able to schedule our move only two days in advance as well, which really accommodated our schedule. I'd highly recommend DJ Moving Pros to anyone in the area.

Found DJ Moving Pros by perusing the internet. Since reviews were generally good, called to see availability. It was important for us to support a local small business owner especially since the move was within Hagerstown.

Spoke with Dawn and found her to be easy to talk to/work with. We were in a time crunch, and she was able to fit us in within a week of our call. She answered all of our questions and followed up on all calls and texts.

Move day started with a bit of a delay (truck issue), but John (Team Lead) made sure to reach out right away and keep us informed of status right up until arrival via texts and phone calls.

Upon arrival and after a walk-through of the home/review of items to be moved, John, Kyle and Eric got right to work. There were some very large and delicate pieces that were wrapped/protected as needed and carefully organized for loading into the truck in the order we requested. Prior to heading to the storage facility, we had asked John and the crew to work with us on the unloading order into the storage unit as well. In parallel, we needed to transfer other items into the unit from another storage unit in the same facility. The cooperation and understanding by the DJ team to support us successfully with this request was very much appreciated.

All of DJ's staff were polite, neat, kind and helpful. There was a small accident with one item, but Dawn worked to make things right based on the terms of the contract.

We would recommend Dawn, John and the rest of the DJ crew for your moving needs.

This review changed dramatically: basically an incident happened where my couch was not fitting and the 2 guys put a hole in the wall, which I totally get things happen but it was new construction house and the way SPECIFICALLY Dawn reacted and did not help with the situation. At all. We said no to them helping to fix it because they wanted us to pay for them to come out (again) and told me to buy a kit from Home Depot to fix. I don’t think so! It’s not so much the guys, they wanted to help the situation better and said that they have to figure out what their boss wants to do in this event. They did take awhile to come from Frederick to WV because we said they could stop at the gas station but all in all this review is more how unprofessional Dawn was in this situation and her attitude. Use with caution because it looks like if something happens to you, Dawn won’t be any help.

The planning was very easy and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Stuck around late to help us with our interstate move. Would definitely recommend.
