Dolphin Express

Terrible service. Very friendly on the American side, no service at all on the Israeli side. Companies is a bunch of scammers. 0/10 would not use again.

❌ Avoid this company at all costs! ❌

I have been trying to retrieve 12 packages that were delivered to Dolphin Express' warehouse in Hillside, NJ for the past four months, and they have completely ignored all my attempts to contact them. Despite paying $754.29 for customs and shipping fees, they refuse to release my shipments or provide any tracking updates.

? Demanding Additional Payment Despite Non-Delivery
❌ Ignoring Requests to Release My Property
I have sent multiple emails, filed complaints, and even tried contacting their partner companies (USaddress, Ushops), but no one is responding. Meanwhile, they keep sending me payment requests for packages they never shipped!

? BEWARE! If you use this company, you might never see your packages again. They are unprofessional and untrustworthy.

Terrible and dishonest service. My belongings, along with those of 12 other households, were held in customs for 5 months with no communication from the company. When we finally received our items, many were broken or missing. To make matters worse, the movers refused to unpack them despite my having paid for that service in advance. Completely unacceptable experience.
