A two-day (29-30 Dec 22) packing turning out to be three days (31 Dec 22 or 3 Jan 23) if they even show up! Showed up 2pm on the first day left at around 5ish. 9:30 the second day and the packers were going back and forth to other jobs. I hope at least the other jobs are complete. Was supposed to stay no longer than 9pm the second day (to finish the job) but was gone by 6:30pm (HHGs still not completely packed). Before they left it was said (by Doss' Office and packers) that they would be back in the morning (31 Dec 22), but we received a call saying, 'We not coming Saturday (31 Dec 22) because we are unsure if we are going to get paid.' After some calling around, finally got info that someone would be returning 31 Dec 22 to complete the pack. I will leave another review to close this one out when the packing is complete.......I get it that it is around the holidays. DONT ACCEPT A JOB IF YOU CAN NOT FULLIFUL YOUR OBLIGATIONS!!!!

Absolutely worst moving company ever. $13,000 in damage. One of our couches was literally bent in half. The crew was unprofessional and took 10 hours to pack our 3 bedroom house. Only 2 workers were actively working, while the remaining played on there phones.

This company packed roughly 9,000 pounds of our household goods and stored it in non-temp storage for a year.

We just received our belongings almost 18 months later and are devastated. Our washer and dryer are both damaged. A 65' TV no longer works. A sewing machine was stolen. Six boxes of clothing were stolen. A $1,700 treadmill was broken in half. Four pieces of furniture were destroyed. A sectional couch has a hole in the back. That just covers the wave tops of the broken things.

The manner in which they pack is nothing short of stupidity. It's quite possible the team as a whole shares a collective of 4-5 brain cells. And that's me being polite I guess.

If you're military, STRONGLY recommend you look elsewhere because this company is full of thieves and you will not get everything back nor will it be in the condition in which you packed it.

I will be taking active steps to remove this company from the approved list of companies the TMO does business with. This was the worst move we've completed in 18 years in the military.
