Used the Dj storage over by Safeway, Steve went out of his way to help us out with everything! The main branch was very helpful and nice people! I will us them again ,if I ever come back here,lma

Rented a 30 foot space a couple of weeks ago. Rented another 20' space today. Extremely friendly people and pleasant to deal with. Didn't even ask me to reserve with a credit card on either. This would never have happened here in Portland. I couldn't recommend this business more!

I don’t have experience with the storage part of this business but I do with the customer service. We were coming through town when we ended up with a dangerous tire situation that required us to remove the vehicle we were towing in the trailer and find a place to park our trailer for 5 days while we continued on to our time limited trip. I called them before 9am not realizing their hours of operation and was forwarded to an after hours line. We asked about a short term storage and without hesitation he was able to offer us a place to park the trailer. This was an incredible offer and I can’t thank him enough for being willing to help us in our time of need!

Great experience today using Double J Court Self Storage. Called but went to voicemail which happens from time to time with any business. I did not leave a voicemail and decided to drive over to their facility just down the road but in just a few short minutes and before I left, Debbie returned my call based upon my phone number. She let me know what was available and the price options which I appreciated! I arrived a few minutes later and Debbie walked me through all of the necessary information to ensure I understood the rental agreement, the costs as well as how to use their unique locking system with their demo and then at my actual storage unit. Outstanding customer service!
