I used the service of Dr. clutter for a move from the Lehigh valley to Philadelphia, that was referred to me by a friend. I was told by Scott, the owner, that this would be no problem. He quoted me a price that included travel time, tolls, and hourly pay. I considered this price to be reasonable, so I booked it. I did not have a lot of belongings, just enough to fit in a studio apartment.

I was really disappointed by this service. First off, I was told the movers would be at the first location at 9:30 AM and they did not show up until 10:45 AM, which was disappointing and wasted my family's time. The owner quoted me for a discount due to having a personal referral but it was not initially honored by the movers when it came time to write the check and the movers said that they didn't know about it. I had documentation that I was going to be given this discount, but the owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, and did not want to give me the full discount that was promised. He said on the phone 'I'm going to be losing out on this, you didn't tell me you were going to Philadelphia' and hung up on me. I most definitely did tell him that. Overall, it was extremely unprofessional and looking back on it, I would've paid more money for a more professional service. I would not recommend this service.
