Drocic's Moving Services

My dad called me this morning frustrated the movers he contracted for today did not show. I asked whom he contracted and he identified Drocic. I called Drocic number and they answered and they advised me that there was nothing on their schedule for today. I called my dad back to get more information as I felt maybe he was confused on who he contracted with. However after speaking with my dad for a second time he was adamant that he spoke to one of Drocic drivers last Saturday who reportedly had pulled over to the side of the road to discuss this arrangement and advised my dad that they would get it on the schedule to have a move for today at 9:00 a.m. Between my dad and I, we have tried multiple times this morning calling Drocic back to see about working something out. No answer. My dad had left a message with contact. No return calls from Drocic. I can't comment on the work they do, however this is odd, poor customer service and not a good way to elevate your local business positively.

I hired Drocics moving for my cross country move, and they were excellent. Great price compared to what everyone else was offering, and the service exceeded my expectations.

Excellent. 2 movers loaded a 15' truck in less than 2 hours. So skillful at arranging there was room left to add more.
