Drop a box was awesome! Their customer service was always very fast and friendly and they were very accommodating to requests. Using thejr service was also much easier than using any of the alternatives. The box was in my driveway when I loaded and unloaded it rather than having to get a trailer and hauling all my stuff to some alternate location for safe keeping. Security of the box was easier too with it being right in my yard. My family had all of our stuff in that box for about 9 months and the situation couldn't have been better, mostly thanks to drop a box.
