DS movers

I booked the moving service 4 days in advance. Got up and ready this morning, no call no show. I called and texted. Finally on the 3rd call (a hour after scheduled arrival) someone answers and has no regard or legit response at to why they haven’t shown up (he actually sounded like he was half asleep). Like really? On the day that I’m supposed to move? That’s bizarre. If he needed a few extra ZzZzZ, the professional thing to do would be to ask me if he can schedule it a little later and I would’ve obliged. I see now in the reviews that someone else experienced this as well. Maybe the next person won’t have this experience but please keep in mind that it very well could happen.

I needed some heavy furniture moved upstairs and some equally heavy furniture moved out to the garage. These guys showed up, on time, and completed the job in no time. They're very professional and reasonable!
