Great movers. Used them twice. They moved us locally and then helped us move a piano.

PLEASE consider other moving companies before using DSR.
After they quoted everything over the phone and by a virtual video, extra fees and costs were added to the bill that should have initially been discussed during the quote. Be advised that if its wet on your moving day because of rain (that is out of anyones control) they will charge you extra. The movers did not wrap up any furniture whatsoever before loading it on the truck to be protected from damage. Even though everything was already packed up and ready to be moved, the owner of the company repeatedly made unprofessional remarks, wore his music devices in his ears during the entire move and refused to remove certain items from the apartment. We was considering using this company again in 4 months but will definitely go another route. The only reason they are receiving 2 stars is because of one of the movers generosity and help.

We used DSR twice in the span of four months. The first one was moving my parents from their apartment to my house, and the movers were fantastic—quick but careful, and came in under budget. The second was an unexpected move from my house to two storage units. When I told the head guy he was moving to 2nd floor storage, he said, “That’s going to suck”—as if I had a choice! They showed up with no dollies so they moved very slowly for the first two hours until someone brought them. There was also some damage—a gash in my wall from a nightstand and a table leg broken off (although they did offer to repair the table leg, they refused to admit to the wall damage). So hit or miss all around.
