I have moved so many times and these guys were by far the best I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Excellent communication, professional and courteous, especially Rob and Justin!
I hired DSR to complete my move. They started off great, were on time and brought extra supplies to help. But as the day progressed things started going downhill. My leather, headboard was not wrapped and is torn. My nightstand was not wrapped and fell down the steps. I found parts to my kids toy out in the yard where the truck was parked. They have a large stack of furniture pads out in truck very few were used. They were in a huge rush and did nothing but fly through the unloading process. I'm paying by the hour. And agreed to pay for extra hours, so why they had to rush and mess up my furniture tells me one thing....they really dont care about other peoples expensive furniture. I haven't paid them. And I wont until I am satisfied.
Best move I've ever had and best mover I've ever used. The only issue I had was getting them on the phone. But keep calling, they are worth the effort!
We have been very pleased! Very friendly and efficient! So pleased with our move and would definitely recommend them! All our stuff came back in one piece and price wasn't bad either!
Seldom does anyone today have the pleasure of working with truly honorable companies. The theme everywhere, from DirecTV to buying a car is screw the customer and maximize shareowner value in any way possible. So it is a breath of fresh air to know a company like DSR Moving Corp tips the scales toward the good. I had DSR move my entire townhome in 2014 (at a price so breathtakingly good I won't quote it on here). I had several conversations with Dwight, the owner, and of particular import during the move was that I had 3 plasma TVs I was taking with me to Atlanta. I repeatedly told Dwight that the plasmas were of particular value because Panasonic had stopped making them in the year of my move. So any permanent damage to the plasmas would be catastrophic as their costs had skyrocketed once Panasonic exited the market. During the move, two 65-inch plasmas were moved beyond the abilities of their pedestals. The most expensive of the two, the VT60, had its pedestal completely broken off from the base of the TV. While this was obviously not the outcome I'd hoped for, there was no irreparable harm to either TV. Problem was that the TV was so rare (production of the tv was halted within a year of the TV being released) that finding a replacement pedestal took 3 years!!! Yes, three years of searching eBay. When I reached out to DSR recently to replace the pedestal, Dwight agreed immediately.
Try this with most other companies and you won't get the satisfaction of a response...let alone agreement to replace the broken item 3 years later. Seriously, consider what I just wrote. Dwight honored his company's commitment to me 3 years after the move.
Nothing need more be said. DSR is a company that deserves your business. Honor is in short supply these days. Dwight embodies the term and lives it.
DSR rocks!
