The moving company was supposed to move my treadmill between 4:00 and 5:00 PM, but they never called me. As it got close to 5:00 PM, I had to call them, only to find out they were running three hours behind. Very unprofessional and irresponsible. I do not recommend them at all.
Very bad service

One of the movers just called me, arguing that I shouldn’t be upset about the delay because he’s busy working—as if I don’t have responsibilities myself. I’m a single mother who works hard to provide for my kids, and instead of apologizing, this guy called to yell at me for their own scheduling issues. This company is incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lacks basic respect for their customers.

Do yourself a favor—don’t hire them.

Your response is completely untrue. You did not communicate with me throughout the process—I had to call you myself to find out you were three hours behind schedule. Instead of taking accountability, one of your movers called me to argue and yell at me, which is completely unprofessional.

I never cursed at anyone. Yes, I hung up, but only because *you* were the one screaming at me. A “huge discount” does not make up for the stress and disrespect I experienced. Good customer service means being honest, reliable, and treating customers with basic respect—none of which your company demonstrated. I stand by my review, and I hope others think twice before hiring your service.

I had a great experience with this moving company! They worked quickly and efficiently, handling everything with care. There were no issues at all, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I would definitely use their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company!
