Wonderful experience! The movers were professional, courteous, and so easy to work with.

Don’t use them!!!!! Just had them help with a move and not more then 20 mins after leaving they posted private pictures of the house online & Facebook for all to see. CAN NOT BE TRUSTED

A friend and I rented a storage unit at DuFrane Moving and Storage. The woman I dealt with in the office was very helpful. She seemed to be having a bad day at first, but we tried to turn that around. The unit was large enough for the items. The door closure was rusted and extremely difficult to open. In fact, we needed one of the men to open it for us. I hope that when I return with WD40 and steel wool, I can clean it up so I can open it.

Great price and even better service

Super disappointing experience. We hired Du Frane to help with some end-stage packing in our moving endeavors. I’m late pregnancy and we opted to pay to finish the moving to alleviate the stress of it all. They packed our kitchen and basement and whereas we were very impressed with initial response time and initial customer service, we would not recommend this company in the future for the following reasons:

We found kitchen pans packed with some of our door mats, with the door mats on top of everything.

Food and pantry items were improperly packed and we found many boxes with light items under heavy food items (cans/jugs and such over boxed items or boxes of tea).

There were loose kitchen knives in with some of our silverware (not individually wrapped or separated and fell out as we unpacked).

A computer printer was packed with shop room tools.

My husbands tools were not wrapped properly and all dumped into a box without packing paper. We found glass cases under several miscellaneous heavy tools.

Basically just about every box we opened was packed improperly and without thought. The service we paid for was poorly executed and poorly managed. We were left with more stress in our move than we’d have had if we 1) hired any other company 2) just saved the money and did everything ourselves. It has not been worth the money and we would not recommend.
