Very disrespectful and unprofessional. My partner and I went in to rent a storage unit and we were ignored and dismissed repeatedly while they helped everyone behind us. We walked out and took our business elsewhere. 0/0 would not recommend.

The only place we will rent uhauls from in Fond du Lac. Great, easy, mobile check in and check out service. We’ve had to rent from them a couple of times in the same month and they always have trucks available.

I see people complaining about the pricing, but it seems like they don’t understand Uhaul pricing. You get a standard rate for your truck, which is the price you see at check out, and then charged a per mile charge after you drop the truck off.

I’ve never had nothing but good experiences. The one time I had to go in the employee was very helpful and nice. Recommend this place.
