Dumfries Self Storage

Signed the paperwork yesterday over the phone. When I looked over it again this morning I realized that this was an 'interior' unit, but somehow it didn't specify climate controlled. Additionally I was being charged way above the rates posted online. I called back to confirm and was told that they had no units of a similar size that were climate controlled, and they could not 'pro-rate' my transaction. They stated that had I called the day prior, they would have been able to refund my money. They could put me in a smaller unit, and somehow they would be able to figure that out but they couldn't refund my money.

Great service, the front desk lady was professional, helpful and the facility was very clean.
