No communication - totally ghosted me. I contacted Seth at Dunkley Music in June to move my piano. He gave me a quote and agreed to find a day to move it as it was a long distance. Talked to him again the end of June - same story. Left many voice messages and texts for the entire month of July as I wanted to use someone local and give him the benefit of the doubt. He never answered the phone and never got back to me. I tried both the Cache Valley and Ogden numbers at all times of the day and never got an anyone to actually answer the phone. Lousy way to run a business that supposedly is good. Very frustrated and disappointed. I finally found a mover in Orem that was really great and didn't cost me any more. Find someone else.

These guys picked up a piano to be delivered out of town and never contacted me afterwards. When I finally was told that they had indeed picked it up, they hold it ransom for over $1,200 for me to get it back. I had tried to get a hold of ANYBODY several times, and so did my mom, but no one ever called back. They laughed at me when i asked why they didn't send a letter(they said they tried to call, but I NEVER received any calls or voicemails) and told me thats why phones were invented. The owner told me he had nothing to gain by keeping my piano... Except for the $1,200+ he said i had to pay before he'd give me my piano back!!!!! THIEVES!!!!!!! They stole my piano my mother bought in 1986. If I could leave a negative star rating, i would without regret. The owner is a HORRIBLE PERSON!

I was SO impressed with how efficient and professional Seth Dunkley was with the moving of my grand. Although his schedule was crazy busy, he was an absolute PRO! I couldn’t believe how TWO guys maneuvered down THREE flights of stairs, into a truck, and into another home with NO snags. Not only did my piano make the trip with ZERO scratches and arrived in pristine condition, it was IN TUNE!! Yeah, you read that correctly. WELL DONE!! In addition, his prices were very reasonable. THE BEST!

These guys are courteous, professional, punctual, and determined to leave you satisfied. They moved my piano with ease and checked out its problems, offering multiple solutions and taking time to chat about them. The best experience!
