We hired them to move our piano - they were quick and professional, and everything went perfectly. I would definitely hire them again!

If I could give zero stars I would, these people have had my mom’s player piano for 7 months. She was told it was done and they would call back with a total in September. They didn’t call back, so she has made at least 15 calls and left messages and they never call back. Seems they may have stolen my mom’s piano.

Dunkley Music was very polite and professional when they moved our heavy upright piano. They really knew what they were doing and had great suggestions when they moved the piano into our home with wood floors. They were great to notify us when there were going to show up and their free quote was right on. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.

We had Dunkley music move our piano. They showed up and were very polite. The piano was moved but there ended up being a problem with the pedal so they weren't able to set up the piano 100% once they moved it. After talking with them about how we are going to solve the problem, we planned for them to come back out to complete the set-up. I have called more than five times, not once have they returned my call. They were suppose to show up last week but never showed, never called. I left multiple messages but have yet to receive a call back. I'm so bummed because we really heard good things about 'Dunkley Music,' so the non-communication from their end was quite surprising. :( I still have a piano not completely set-up and not working correctly.
