I used this company this past weekend and they damaged my brand new washer and dryer. The older gentlemen took pictures and no one every called me. I called today and spoke to the lady in the office and she said there is nothing they can do with my property being damaged. I would highly recommend that you don't use this company I paid over $900 for a moving company I thought was great. Come to find out they hire people with substance abuse issues and damage property

I had a move scheduled for 1pm on Saturday 6/17/23. I ran into an issue and called EZ Local Moving to let them know that I would be about 30 minutes late. The phone call was pleasant, professional and calm. I arrived about 45 minutes late and the gentleman/gentlemen were professional and pleasant.
I was expecting for my move time (charge) to begin at 1pm, it is a business and I understand that. I was told that the charge time doesn't begin until I sign the paperwork.
EZ Local Moving were professional, courteous and just nice throughout the entire process of moving and unloading my possessions.
I will Definitely call on them again!
