BEWARE OF THEIR POLICIES! Eagle moved me on March 30th and it is now April 23rd and my concerns have NOT been addressed professionally. I am really trying to be patient with the owner and Eagle Moving, however, we are going on a month after my move, and they are not taking ANY SERIOUS STEPS to make my house whole again. This is a Brand New Home, with extensive damage to walls, doors, frames and furniture!! Items have been broken like glass pictures, my couch has a "hole" punctured in the front of it, my beautiful bedroom set is beyond repair with dings and dents on every piece and beyond repair. I don't think ANYTHING was covered in the truck. And to top it all off ... one of the movers was smoking pot and then Eagle didn't have a problem with charging me more money because they didn't have a large enough truck and had to do a SECOND TRIP for a move that should have taken 4 hours instead of 8 hours. If I didn't call or email Eagle Moving, they would NOT be in contact with ME, which is why I decided to do this post! I am disappointed that I can't seem to get ahold of Bradley by telephone and he is NOT in the office for days. If the shoe were on the other foot, how would you feel about YOUR things and house being damaged by people who, apparently, don't care about their customers! I would appreciate a telephone call to address MY concerns and how we can amicably resolve these issues!!
Darrell and Quan were the best movers we have ever had; hands down. We probably should have requested three guys but they handled all of our stuff beautifully. We were very impressed with their work ethic and efficiency. They were courteous and polite. We truly appreciated all their hard work today! Would definitely use them again.
On June 1st 2019 we hired this moving company to help move to our new house. Our Weber grill was damaged beyond repair. I contacted the company via phone on June 6th and was told to email photo's of the damage which we did. I was told that they would file a claim and it would take 2-4 weeks, but someone would keep us up to date. I have not heard from anyone since then. I have emailed, called and finally when I threatened that I would contact the BBB I got a phone call saying that the claim was processed and we would be receiving the total amount back to replace the grill and I would be receiving a check within 4 days. They told me to text them on the number they were calling from with my address to confirm. That was on July 1st and it is now July 11th and I can't get anyone to respond back to me. This was a brand new $1200 Weber Grill that is now destroyed and the company wont even respond back. I feel completely scammed and want a complete restitution. I have all documents and phone records and am willing to take this to small claims court if I have to.
