Eagle Transfer has had my item for going on two months and I can't get it delivered or get ahold of anyone to even go pick it up myself. The fact that Pottery Barn contracts with this company for their deliveries is shocking and disappointing, especially when they charge you for 'white glove service' - not being able to get your item is white glove service!? I don't think I will ever purchase large items from Pottery Barn every again. This is a nightmare.
Eagle Transfer was contracted to deliver furniture for a local company. They have had my furniture for the past 22 days and will not return a call to schedule delivery. I have even offered to rent a uhaul truck and come pick it up which seemed appealing to them but still no call back. Seriously how are they in business? Or are they now closed and my pieces in a boarded up warehouse? Or still sitting in a trailer? It’s a mystery.
I had a delivery scheduled and then they never showed up or even called back to reschedule. I have called them every day for a week and still cannot get any information on getting my delivery rescheduled. Now they are not even picking up the phone. Completely garbage service.
