We recently had some furnitures shipped from overseas. Earth Relocation was the US delivery agent. Movers were very friendly.
Furnitures were delivered safely without damage. Great service.

I had a bad experience shipping my items from Abu Dhabi to the US. My items were stored in Dubai for more than one month by Freight International before getting shipped.

When the items arrived at NYP, I had to chase behind Earth Relocation and do several calls to Andy who never picked up my call. After several attempts, Andy answered and confirmed that my items were cleared by customs and are available in the their warehouse. After 10 days of trying to call and email Andy, still I did not get any reply to my emails and calls.

Adding to this, I shipped my items Door-to-Door, Andy is asking me to pay $150 extra because the building has no elevators and they need to drop the items on the second floor.

My experience with this company is horrible and the people are totally unprofessional.

I strongly recommend NOT to use their services.

WARNING!! Your WORST NIGHTMARE WILL COME TRUE if you choose this company to handle your moving! You will literally enter a world of pain! And they always use the same MO (modus operandi): they give you a low ball quote to get the deal and then squeeze the money out of their customers once they have your furniture. Just read the 1 star reviews. It’s always the same story. Our experience with ER: We moved from Europe to USA with this company. They are the local partner of a European moving company we hired for moving a complete household. Facts: Over 6 weeks delay. No apologies, no compensation, nada, zip. When they finally deliver your container they give you the delivery date ONE day in advance. They don’t care if you have to work, take care of children etc. And they don’t deliver on weekends!! If you reschedule they charge extra. Asked us 1.000 dollars extra for handling fees although we had a fixed amount settled with our European company! They take your furniture hostage if you don’t pay!! They simply ignore you if you complain. We ended up paying because we needed our stuff for 2 children. We got reimbursed from the European partner though. Do yourself a big favor and spare yourself tons of money and headaches: USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY! They will probably threaten me with a lawyer or say this review is fake. It is not.
Update: After getting too many 1 star reviews they ask friends and family to post fake 5 star reviews to boost their score! „Yogesh Sharma“ and „ankur verma“ wrote exactly the same reviews at the same time using the exact same words! Just one sentence without providing any details. Totally not credible. How pathetic!

Earth Relocation was the US partner of the company I used to move from Copenhagen to Atlanta. The experience was so bad that I don't even call it poor. They charged me a lot for different items without providing any receipts and finally delivered bunch of broken furniture with no installation and unpacking as they were supposed to. The delivery team had very bad attitude and were intentionally damaging the furniture with their cutters. I contacted their manager, Samir Shah, but he didn't do anything. If you pay them before the delivery, you will not have any chance to get any refund or compensation. They never answer emails.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.
