Andy & Ronald were outstanding. Called to have a commercial mixer(600lbs) uprighted and moving from a second floor kitchen to the 1st floor and outside to be placed on a pallet for shipping. Both guys were super professional and punctual. They came prepared with all the right equipment. Andy was awesome with communicating and getting everything lined up. Mixer was moved and the guys did a great job getting it prepared on the pallet for freight shipping. Jen came by to make sure everything was going ok and was great to speak with also. Would definitely recommend and will definitely be calling them for any work or personal needs. A++++ all the way around.

We chose to use East Alabama Movers and Logistics for our move. We have found many of our furnishings damaged, our china cabinet has a large hole in it, an expensive mattress had several torn places, dining room chairs with deep scratches, a wood file cabinet had one of the drawers broken and they movers moved the items to another drawer without telling us. There are more damaged items than this. We brought this to the attention of the company and they knocked off a whole $100 off of our invoice. Suffice to say we can’t recommend them.

I was very impressed with East Alabama Moving & Logistics, and would highly recommend them. Andy and his crew were all very courteous, hard working, and respectful of our belongings. The speed at which they worked was amazing. Moreover, communication throughout the process was very clear and timely. They were truly stress relievers during our moving process!

I’ve waited several months and given Andy many opportunities to make things right but he has failed miserably. Jennifer is the ultimate professional but her husband does not follow through with the plan. The crew which consist of Andy and Gabe were never on time. Didn’t bring necessary supplies and took an extra day just to get us moved out and to storage. He refused to move us back which took away all of his liability for missing and broken items. Therefore the new company could not take liability either. Not only were we missing items but we got items that didn’t belong to us . The second moving company had to wait for the other person that had access to our storage unit that we were paying for to bring a key. What the heck??

EA Moving and Logistics just did our move last weekend, and I was absolutely blown away by their professionalism, courtesy, communication, and value. I have never seen a group of professionals more careful with another person’s property, and not a single item of ours was damaged in the move. I would ? recommend them to anyone in need of moving help.
