Did everything online and was fast and easy. Had quick communication with information about unit and facility. Was able to find my unit easily and they had my lock in the unit which made it easy and convenient.

Very efficient process for renting space and excellent value for the money. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Experience so far with these guys is great, the transition process is easy, my only knock on the facility is several lights are out and it is not 24 hour access
