After 4 years of having my stuff stored here, I am glad to finally get it out. But Kelly has always been a friendly voice on the phone and a joy to see when I do see her. I will miss her.

I would not recommend this place. After paying to be a tenant for almost a decade, it was time to move out in middle of month. The employee told me great and I would be all set and not pay anymore. It turns out that they don’t pro-rate or offer any sort- when you get charged on first of month you are paying for the whole month no matter what. So after paying them a small fortune over the years they took great pride in telling me I was out of luck on any fee refund. I’m sure it’s probably standard practice but they raised rates every single year as well. I understand that we are just talking about storage and it’s just a money machine, but because of undisclosed billing practices I would go elsewhere. There are 10 different competitors within 5 miles so shop around.

Easy access, friendly staff, CLEAN, always plenty of floats. Stored there for 5 years, never had a bad experience.
