I cannot rave enough about the super incredible, highly knowledgeable and extremely pleasant Property and Assistant Property Manager Kelly and Elaine at this facility. They are an absolute pleasure to do business with. Not to mention the facility is always clean, well lit and secure!

I want to thank the staff at East Cherokee Storage, very professional & friendly. I was a customer for close to 10 years because I traveled abroad. There never was an issue during that time, they knew my situation & alway kept an open line of communication. Great facility, clean, good atmosphere great staff, thanks. Highly recommended this facility
