They were supposed to be at my home to pick up 2 love seats at noon. They call at 2:35 pm lost. Finally arrived at 3 pm. They were all confused about paperwork and where items were to be taken

Had one, very heavy item, to be moved to my new house. Staff here were quick and efficient with moving it. They were extremely careful with moving it within the houses. Would use again if I need too!

I normally don’t post reviews but this needs to be put out there. This company is by far the worst I’ve ever heard of. I don’t know where they get their 4 1/2 star reviews but it’s a lie do not use them. They hire a third-party company to move your stuff. Then third-party that you owe an extra 1900 to the third-party company that you were never agreed to, and they strong-arm you telling you they’re not going to deliver your stuff. The whole process was a nightmare for my niece, moving from Tennessee to North Carolina. The movers were very rude and predatory, and I use that word predatory very strongly the scum they use to move your stuff. Those people should not be working around other people, I do not recommend this company at all . US pro movers was the third-party company. But I feel the main company East Coast movers. Should be held responsible, saying that they subcontract third-party movers to move your stuff without your Knowledge. This will be brought up to the Better Business Bureau and my main purpose here today is to warn other people especially vulnerable women that they try to take advantage of. I repeat, do not use this company under any circumstances.
