We just recently moved from Charlotte to Johnson City and hired this team to move us. We had a massive move with over 24,000 pounds of furniture and very expensive furnishings that some companies would not adequately insure. I didn't get jerked around on pricing, they were fair, accurate and honest. Their team, professional, respectful, trustworthy and treated our furniture and belongings like gold. Not a single item was broken, which was a miracle considering the China, stemware and furnishings we had. They showed up on time, had a game plan and were organized and efficient. These people were honestly amazing. We looked at United Van lines, Atlas and numerous moving companies and I am so very glad we chose them. If you want people you can trust in your home with your valuables, this is the only choice. We will never use another company other than East Tn Movers!

My wife and I are very thankful we chose East Tennessee Movers to pack and ship our household goods from Kingsport TN, to Florida. East Tennessee Movers handled every facet of our move, including the shipment of a vehicle. From the onset of the initial request for quotation to the packing and shipping of our household goods, they handled themselves professionally and brought an unequalled work ethic to the task at hand. We would like to personally thank Dean, Hunter, Eleas, Greg, and Doug for the effort they put forth. We have never experienced a better mover, and we quantify that by saying “we spent 22 years in the military and served at 8 different locations, with 8 different moves. We know what a bad move is and certainly know what a good move is.” Our recent move with East Tennessee Movers was a great move.

My husband and I moved in January 2016. It has taken me a little while to write this review because I don't like to do things when I'm a little stressed because I know the importance of good reviews and how it may effect that company. But now that a few months has past and the stress of moving is gone, I am very disappointed with East Tennessee Movers, we had purchased a new Cabrio washer and dryer a year earlier, and these aren't cheap, and even if they were it wouldn't matter, our new washer now has a big scratch, down the side, when unloading our couch from the truck the guy fell and actually messed up our couch and yes they did know that it happened, and was brought to their attention immediately our bedroom furniture as well has some dings and scratches also there was 3 people that were to assist in our move, with one hurting his leg and the other one talking it took way longer than what it should and we do pay by the hour, needless to say we are very disappointed and would not recommend them to anyone and will not use them again.
