Easy Does It Moving Co.

I've used this company many times and have been happy with them, but during this last move we had some items damaged. I expect that to a certain extent but we had an expensive piece of furniture damaged in the move. I've called and emailed repeatedly and have had no resolution. I did manage to get the lead guy on the phone once and was told they weren't responsible for damage during transit, but that I would be receiving a call about the issue. No call came and tried several times after to get more clarification. Not responsible for damage during the move is not an acceptable answer, it's not as if I packed the truck. I'm sure they carry insurance for this. Needless to say I will not be using this company again. If you don't continue service after the sale I don't trust your company.

I have used east goest it numerous times in the past with excellent service. This time it has taken me two weeks of going back and forth to just try and get an appointment. Also now they will not answer the phone and just text you only. Sad to see what I thought was a decent moving company on the island turn into another disappointment.

These guys did a great job for us for a move from one home to another on Galveston's West End. They worked very hard, no breaks, and they were very careful with our items.

Had a great experience moving with this service. The guys were extremely respectful and friendly. They showed up early and moved everything with care. There was not a single time where I was left waiting for them or wondering what was going on.

The only small thing that was a little concerning was trying to figure out whether we were scheduled or not. But, they were quick to get back to me before the day of the scheduled move.

The price was also excellent compared to other quotes I got, as this was about half the price even with the current fuel rates.

Overall, I would highly recommend this service to anybody. I will likely be using this if I need to get another moving service.

Excellent service. Sure beats gathering up family friends or anybody to help move. They are fast friendly patient with arranging furniture at your destination
