Easy Move

Do not use this moving company. They kept changing the pick up window for when they would come and then they WAY underestimated how much room would be needed (they told me it would be $3000 and then when movers actually got there they said it would probably be about $6000). They would not refund me the deposit even though I was way underestimated. I had “wardrobes and I was told those done count as boxes but even if they didn’t take those there was not enough room on the truck for us. The manager was rude and said they could have brought another truck if I hadn’t sent the movers away and therefore would lose my deposit. I think it’s kind of ridiculous that they showed up 6 hours after the window they gave us and then wanted to bring a second truck (and split up our belongings?) and they won’t give us a refund. This is a scam.
