We were tasked with a quick closing deadline and relocating from MD to NC with very short notice. Easy Movers assisted us with packing up our 6,000 sq. ft home and all of our belongings without hesitation.

Jed, Joe, Colleen and the entire team were great to work with, provided excellent communication and gave us a clear timeline outlining the entire process step by step. While we were not able to be in town during the transition, we were confident our home was in good hands.

Easy Movers was the Best Experience I ever had with Moving. Everyone from Jed at the Office to the Movers, Mike and Billy were Very Nice and Very Efficient.
The fee was reasonable and they got the job done on time and made it absolutely hassle free.
I had to call them on short notice and they were able to squeeze me in and made the whole process super painless.

The initial process was easy and the quote occurred quickly. I was happy to support a veteran owned family business.
On move day, 4 movers showed up with what seemed to be an easy move.
Unfortunately, they left behind several large items in the basement. Around 530 pm when I realized it, the office was closed with no emergency line (the office closes at 4 pm!)
The next day the items were picked up and as I continued to unpack I realized I had missing boxes.
Over a month later, I was unable to locate my bedroom nightstand boxes.
I emailed and spoke to Jed who only tried to make it right by “offering to come help me look thru boxes”. Although a nice offer, I felt it condescending that he didn’t believe me.
My 4 pair of back up glass frames from my nightstand are still missing.

Word to the next person who moves, count your boxes, as I didn’t and neither did my movers. I have no way to prove my boxes are missing. And EM, just basically chalked it up to ?‍♀️
