I’ve used Easy Movers twice and was very pleased with the experience!

I hate leaving bad reviews. Anyone can have a bad day so before I leave a bad review I'll generally give a business another shot at earning my trust. I have used this company twice and based on my experiences in both cases I can not recommend them. In my most recent experience, they showed up late and didn't call to inform me that they would be late until AFTER their scheduled arrival time. When they did show up I was told that some items that were to be moved couldn't be moved although the company estimator said there would be no problem when he made his initial visit. This required that I rent a truck and move those items myself. They had a 4 man team but only 2 of the 4 men were actual company employees. The other two were day laborers who did not speak any English and were obviously very inexperienced in moving furniture. As a result of this inexperience: (1) the move took longer than it should which cost me money since work had to frequently be stopped for attempts at communication. (2) some of my belongings were damaged, A notation was made about the damage on company paperwork but no attempt to contact me about making repairs has been made. So now I will need to pay for damage I didn't create because of the inexperience of someone else. My advice; don't call them, call a company that acts professionally and is accountable for their actions.

*Edit* although the owner of the company responded publicly soon after this review was published, please note that he did not dispute any of my specific assertions, nor has he reached out to fix what those in his employ damaged. Hardly a 'Flawless' experience.

Jeffery and the other 2 gentleman knew what they were doing took care of everything I asked of them. Nice smooth move and I thank you for that I appreciate you.
