** Do yourself a favor and just find somebody else!!
During my recent move, I encountered a significant problem that I would like to bring to your attention. I had hired movers for the job through a third-party company called Movers Best. However, the two movers assigned to me took an unexpectedly long time of eight hours (including a 30-minute unpaid break) to move a one-bedroom apartment, which was considerably longer than my prior moving experiences.
However, I was fortunate enough to have the support of Movers Best, who helped me negotiate with the contractor on my behalf and ensured that I was not charged for the entire duration. It took about an hour of back-and-forth negotiation, but the contractor agreed to charge me only for five hours, which was a relief.
However, the situation was quite alarming, and I felt the need to pull out a video camera to ensure that everything was done correctly. Overall, based on my experience, I would not recommend these movers, and I advise you to look for another moving company that can provide better service and professionalism.
