If google allowed zero stars i would have used it with this movers. They are basically a scam not a business. They committed move my stuff and there is this guy called Harmen who commits and then another guy calls a day before to confirm. Even on the day of my moving they confirmed me twice that they would be coming on time. But they never came. Kept calling them and they said they are busy with another customer which felt basically a lie.
Never ever use their services. They are a reason people lose trust in local and small businesses
Very disappointed. I called yesterday 7/27/22 and 2pm to book an appointment with a guy name Herman. I asked if they had anything available after 5pm because that’s when I’d be available due to my work scheduled. Herman told me they had a slot for 7:30pm in which I agreed. Today 07/28/22 I called well in advance (2:30pm) to confirm that my appointment was still good in which I was insured twice that I was still in the line up for today. Around 6:15pm the driver (who’s name i didn’t get) had called me to confirm the appointment again in which I confirmed. He let me know that he was wrapping up a move and that he would head my way afterwards. I decided to head over to the at house early (got there around 6:45) just incase they arrive earlier than scheduled. 7:30pm comes and I didn’t hear anything from the driver. I gave it a few minutes because my last communication with the driver was that he finishing a move so maybe he was running behind due to that? I called the driver @ 7:35pm and got his voicemail. @ 7:41 I decide to text him to ask him his ETA. No response. At 7:47pm I called the guy Herman who I originally booked with. He answered and told me that I was still on the line up for 7:30 (even though it’s was passed 7:30). I expressed to him that was calling in a panic bc I had a situation last year where the movers stood me up. Herman told me that he understood and that he was about to reach out to the driver and call me back in 5 minutes. 30 minutes rolled by and of course I heard nothing back. I called both men multiple times and got no response..completely ghosted. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business! I don’t see what’s so hard about communicating? It would’ve taken no time to give a courtesy call to cancel and/or reschedule. That’s the least you could do after wasting 2 hours of someone life. I would give zero stars if i could.
