Their customer service Is outstanding. I rented a unit from them and it was the wrong place that I was wanting to rent from, that would suit my needs. My mistake and they worked with me and canceled my contract and did it in a timely fashion in a professional manner. It is refreshing to be treated with respect and dignity.

The customer service here so far has been amazing! The lady (I forgot her name) who helped me with renting the storage unit was so kind and helpful and gave us an amazing deal. When we needed help on a Sunday after hours I was worried we wouldn't be able to contact anyone but Justin answered the phone quickly and was so kind and helped us with everything we needed!
