Very friendly, efficient and hardworking!! Would recommend them!!

Would not even give them one star.... horrible job, horrible customer service! My husband hired them in a pinch & we are incredibly disappointed! The kitchen & delicate items from my dining room buffet could have easily been packed separately & organized. When I opened the boxes to check them before our cross country move I realized what an awful job they had done. Delicate items barely wrapped, with items thrown on top, glass casseroles shoved & stacked sideways. There was no way these carelessly packed boxes could be moved & sadly with limited time I had to leave most of my kitchenware behind in storage until I can fly home, assess the damage & repack. When I called the owner I voiced my concerns & asked to be reimbursed. He yelled over me, told me I was wrong, denied there was anything wrong with the pictures I sent him & belittled me for complaining. When I told him I would be forced to leave him a bad review he called me a bully & hung up on me. Moving is tough, emotionally & physically. This move was made worse & felt like a violation due to Econo's poor job & negative attitude. In the past we have hired Onsite for packing & moving....they are exceptional & professional. I'm so sad they were not available this time. I also recently hired Making Moves, they were with me the day I opened the diaster boxes from Econo & agreed it was a unacceptable. I highly recommend Making Moves. DO NOT hire Econo unless you want all of your possessions damaged!!!

In response to your defense post...you’re making some bold assumptions & accusations about my character. The reason for the time difference with the calls & why we hired you is that we relocated for work to the West Coast & I’m not really concerned about honoring the time difference when you chose to treat me like garbage. Right now it’s your word against mine but every box I unpack with damaged items I’ll keep documenting. You’re right too, faith in God really does help with letting go of the hurt people inflict on others & I certainly hope he inspires you to be a better human being & business owner
