Economical Moving

Despite having a screen shot 'confirming' my appointment today, they have not shown up and their number is now out of service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A better business complaint has been filed and will hopefully shut them down. It was Joey I spoke to, and am not getting any response from.

I enlisted this company to move furniture on a Saturday, as I needed to be moved out of my place by end of the day Sunday. I spoke to Joey and a time was agreed upon for the move to take place. Joey texted me to confirm that I was on the schedule. Imagine my stress and frustration when, after staying up all night packing and moving furniture so that it would be easier for them, they didn't show up. I texted them a half hour after our appointment - no response. I called them an hour after our appointment - no answer. I spent hours (that I didn't have to spare) calling other companies, begging them to help me out last minute. Finally, I called Kai Kai's moving company, explained the situation to them and they made time for me. Two movers showed up and took great care to get my furniture moved. I cannot express how strongly I recommend Kai Kai, as opposed to this company.

Excellent service with reasonable rates, best service ever and I'm very satisfied with their work. Highly recommended.

Just want to thank these guys. They helped me at the last minute and did an amazing job. Very detailed in asking how and where I wanted things and very careful with my things. Packed things great so they were safe and could get everything to point B without charging me more time for more loads. The opposite has happened to me with another company a few years back. Professional attitudes and competitive cost. Thank u!
