Worst experience I could have ever imagined. The timeline of my move was pushed back at least 5 times. When they showed up, they charged me QUADRUPLE what I was quoted for. Customer service is not existent. I called every day for two weeks before I placed a complaint with the FMCSA and conveniently got a call shortly after. They said that their phone lines were down.. for two weeks?? When our things finally arrived, we were told that TVs would be mounted and furniture would be assembled. Didn’t happen. Actually, the furniture was mangled, so I can understand why they wouldn’t want to put it together.Probably because it gets moved around so many times before it gets to you. Lastly, we are missing items and we have somebody else’s items in our possession.. I am begging you, do not use this company. They should be out of business for their immoral business practices.

I hope I can give less than 1 star they are a scam, they take your stuff and then charge you more or double the price and then they not gonna deliver in the same time as per the contract it can stay over a month in there storage and they never give you any updates where is your staff at.
They are big scammers I don’t recommend any one to go with them u will lose your money and time. Not worth it to even try

Don’t use this company. They will scam you and use trickery in their pricing. Your boxes will come mangled, wet and look like they have been moved 50 times. My record collection is now destroyed.

WORSE COMPANY. TWO WEEKS TO RECEIVE MY ITEMS WHICH WERE ALL BROKEN, DAMAGED AND MATTRESS AND COUCH WERE WET AND SMELLED LIKE MOLD. CHARGED SO MUCH MORE THAN EXPECTED. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR CALL YOU BACK. AFTER LOADING THE TRUCK THEY WANTED $2699. PLUS MONEY ORDER OF $1154. ON DELIVERY. ANOTHER COMPANY DELIVERED AND WANTED CASH ONLY. DO NOT USE! RECEIVED MY CLAIM MONEY TWO MONTHS LATER OF $70! THEY TAKE WEIGHT OF FURNITURE AND GIVE YOU 60 CENTS A POUND. SO A COUPLE THOUSAND DOLLARS WORTH OF DAMAGE AND WAS AWARDED $70.

If there were zero stars that's what I would have rated them. Uncharged me $3000... broke half my stuff... tried to put a claim in with the insurance ? they charged me..and no one calls you back! I will be filing with BBB
