I have been a customer of this storage facility for almost 7 years. I own a restaurant business and we store our seasonal equipment in the unit. While the on sight staff is friendly, The Storage Pros company continues to raise rent prices indiscriminately. Every few months we will get a notice that rent prices are increasing, for no apparent reason. This doesn’t happen on an annual basis it occurs randomly, sometime a few times a year. The price of our unit has risen by over $200 since we first signed up. I do not recommend this company to new clients. I am looking to move out of the unit asap, but it is a struggle to find a new place, so we are stuck paying high rent for a 10’x30’ unit.

Seamless online rental process, easy check in and Amber was very helpful in getting us situated after signing the agreement!
