Friendly service, very reasonable rates, great work, I recommend them highly!

Complete no show today! Unorganized and uncommunicative. Disappointing, especially as we wanted to support small and local Jackson Heights businesses.

We were scheduled to do a relatively easy move from one storage unit to another. It was difficult to get in contact with this company to confirm the date, which should have been the first sign of trouble.

We were scheduled to meet at 10am today. No contact whatsoever. We called at 10:15 and spoke with someone who said they would check on the driver. Another 20 minutes of silence and we sent a followup text, which they read but didn't respond to. Called them and they said it would be at least another hour from this time, closer to 12pm. That's 2 hours past the agreed upon time.

I don't trust that they will show up and provide acceptable service. We have wasted our time and now will have to scramble to find another moving service asap.

Would not recommend doing business with them, unless you have all the free time in the world, and/or enjoy taking a gamble.

Great service; very ethical and professional. They took care of my furniture even more than I would do. I would recommend them 100%.
