I highly recommend Pila Movers for anyone in need of a reliable and efficient moving company. They recently helped us with our move from New York to North Carolina, and we couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they demonstrated professionalism and care.

Firstly, the team at Pila Movers was incredibly fast, ensuring that our belongings were swiftly packed and loaded onto the truck. Their speed did not compromise the safety of our items, as everything arrived at our new home in perfect condition. It was such a relief to see that they handled our belongings with the utmost care and attention.

What impressed us the most was their willingness to go above and beyond. Not only did they deliver all of our belongings, but they also assisted us in unpacking and setting up our living room and beds. This extra help made the transition into our new home much smoother and less stressful.

Overall, Pila Movers exceeded our expectations in every aspect. Their speed, attention to detail, and helpfulness were exceptional. If you're looking for a moving company that is efficient, careful, and goes the extra mile, Pila Movers is the one to choose. They made our move a breeze, and we are incredibly grateful for their outstanding service.

I used their service from NYC to Buffalo Ny,they were on time to my location,crews worked very hard to wrap my furnitures and delivered it without any damage.they even installed my all furnitures.i am very satisfied for their service.workers are amazing and respectful.I will recommend them to my friends and family.

The workers themselves deserve 5 stars. They were so polite and respectful, extremely hard working and did a wonderful job; I took very good care of them from drinks to food and even beyond in the end giving them extra cash despite my overall experience so that they could get dinner as they finished unloading late into the night.

However, I need to mention a few things:

1. I was charged $1500 more than original priced agreed to despite giving them an exhaustive list of all my items. Beto later tells me it was an 'estimate' but we both knew that was not the case.

2. Come moving day, only 3 guys showed up very late at 6pm instead of the agreed on 8-10am with a sprinter van and trailer and unsurprisingly not everything fit. We were so lucky my neighbors didn't call the police for all that noise; that was my biggest fear as I lived in a neighborhood full of haters and Karens. I asked if they'll get an extra van to fit my stuff, 'sure, but you'll have to pay more' Did they charge me less for leaving many of my items? no.

3. Moving day I find out I had to pay half cash despite already paying Beto a deposit of $1000 as he requested. Beto later threatened to unload all my things if I didn't pay 50% cash, which mind you I didn't have on moving day because we never discussed it. He is a level headed guy, so we agreed I would pay full before unloading, which I did or else the guys wouldn't do a thing.

4. I never received an invoice, shame on me and now I've been struggling getting my receipt despite Beto claiming he would provide it. Beto, please send my receipt. You got paid on time right? so now provide the receipt on time.

In the end, If you choose Beto, get everything in writing and documented. Don't do any verbal agreements over the phone. Lastly, don't leave your move to the last day like myself; it leaves too much room for people to take advantage and make threats, especially if your belongings are already packed.

They were amazing. They arrived with five people, wrapped each item with care and transported everything without incident. They were professional, hard-working respectful and overall wonderful people. I have already recommended them to friends, and they, too, were satisfied. I would recommend them undoubtedly.
