Element Moving and Storage

The guys really took care of my things which was greatly appreciated. They were NEAT, FAST, young and full of energy!!! If I was able to get more cash out of ATM these guys would have gotten a better tip but I did not make it to the bank on time yesterday so I had to pull cash out of ATM last night and today. I certainly would like an opportunity to work with this same crew on my next move into my new home. Thank you This was an excellent team! No complaints! No, not one!

We used Element moving and had a superb customer experience They were perfect on delivery time and took special care of the house and the items to insure nothing was scratched or broken. They are also tremendous on customer service available any time on the phone and give straight answers! They are also very courteous and flexible and allowed for a last minute change to include a second delivery stop ! I would highly recommend them

I've used long distance movers before and have never had such a terrible experience. Let me start off by saying that the crew who came to load my belongings was very courteous and professional. I just can't say the same for the rest of the company. Element lost the majority of my belongings during my move. They lost pieces of my bed frame, which made it unusable. They disassembled my sofa after being loaded onto the truck and lost the legs. They also lost all of my clothing and an entire dining table set. The boxes that they did deliver were very badly beaten up and looked like they had been opened and retaped. I've attached a picture of the condition of my boxes. The crew who unloaded my belongings did not work professionally. They threw my belongings down once they got to my apartment. They did not reassemble any of the furniture, which is part of what you pay for in a contract with Element. Once they realized some of my items were missing they just got back in their truck and left. I have been trying to work with them for the past several weeks to locate my belongings or to provide me with some form of refund and they will not work with me. Even though they lost thousands of dollars worth of my belongings, the best they can do is call to other customers whose items were on the same truck and see if they mistakenly got my items. After weeks of trying, nothing has come of it. The office puts on an air of trying to help, but they rarely return or pick up phone calls. I'm not sure how a moving company can lose so many items during a move. Either the company itself has a terrible system for identifying and safe-guarding your belongings, or they contract out with some really negligent moving and storage crews. I cannot stress enough - if you are looking for a long distance mover, chose a different company. Dealing with Element to try to recover my lost items or otherwise reimburse me for the loss has been an absolute nightmare.
