Pick up and drop off was great, they worked with me on the times and dates I needed for my move. Much better experience than the last move where I used traditional cardboard boxes. I also felt like our possessions were safer in the plastic boxes. No need for tape, less waste, easier access when we needed to unpack. John and Em were super helpful during the drop off and pick up. Moving stinks, but this made it much easier.

Elephant Trunk definitely made our move go super smoothly. I think the universal size of the boxes, plus the rigidness of the boxes, as well as the ability to easily open & close the boxes just made everything... 'easy'? Hard to believe, but yes.. the move was much easier with this service. The owner is also involved and is genuinely kind and helpful. Will definitely use again and refer friends to Elephant Trunk.

We couldn't be happier with our decision to use this service. Not having to worry about taping boxes together (or running out of tape) made packing so much easier. Also you can easily open the plastic tubs to add to them, whereas once you tape up a cardboard box, have fun reopening it.
John delivered them to the old house and picked them up from our new house after the move, with a smile. It was a very easy experience and helped make the move less stressful. We recommend them to anyone thinking about using them for a move. Their bundle deals are pretty accurate if you are wondering how many you think you will need.
My advice is to get 2 floor dollies instead of the 1 we got. It would have made moving full/empty stacks of tubs around the house easier, both during packing and unpacking.

Great service. Great experience. Great solution. Their tubs were clean and easy to use. They stack well. They don't collapse or tear. No cardboard boxes to tape. The packing paper rolls work just as well as bubble plastic, but without adding plastic to the landfill.
