Elevated Moves

Called last minute for help with unloading a truck and placing items in our house. Gary has his team to the house in 24 hours, took 1 hour which would have taken me half a day.

These guys know what they are doing and priced right, as well they are a small operator that cares about your items.

Tell them what you want, get out of their way and let them get it done.

Overall great experience I'll use them in the future.

Gary and his team were great. They were very communicative from the beginning and they were super fast and efficient on moving day. I would definitely use them again.

Moved into the area it was an light move for the crew but Gary and the team took care of me and my wife and beat all other movers prices. Will use them again for sure.

I recently moved from Willits to Ironbridge and called numerous moving companies in the Valley. Many of the companies did not return phone calls, and the companies that did answer the phone, provided a loose quote over the phone, of which they noted could change due to varying conditions of the move etc.

Gary paid a visit to our prior home and provided a solid quote which was very reasonable; Gary and his admin staff were very responsive.

The movers, Jesus and Angel showed up on time and were very professional. They did a great job and all of our items made the move without issue. The move took an hour less than quoted and Gary honored the lower price point. I would highly recommend Gary and his crew when moving here in the RFV. I will use them again. Don't forget, TIP THE MOVERS if they do a good job.

I’m one person, so not a huge move. I had used Elevated Movers three times across the last three years with great success. This time was different. I phoned and left a message. 24 hours later, the owner Gary called back, but I couldn’t answer. I then called and left messages twice per day for four days in a row, with the final message left as a plea to please call me back. Gary and Elevated have now ghosted me after I have referred them to at least a dozen moves over the last three years. My fault for ever falsely recommending them! I contacted every realtor I’ve referred Gary and Elevated Movers over the last three years to update them to never consider Elevated Movers after this experience. I then contacted and engaged Double Diamond who said, “no move is too small”, scheduled my move, which is estimated to be cheaper than my last Elevated Moves, and paid my deposit. Like I said in my final voice message to you Gary, ‘it’s always easier to call back to say you’re not able to help than it is to blow a customer off’. Please do not EVER think Elevated Movers can help you move, or care about your move and household. Skip the hassle and call Double Diamond; they answer their phone, call back when messages are left, and actually show up on moving day. Gary, and Elevated Moves cannot say they provide the same care and concern for this repeat customer. If they treat a repeat customer this way, how will they treat a new customer? NEVER EVER trust Gary Parrish and Elevated Moves with your move or household!
